Heli-skiing

Heli-skiing is an activity practised in high mountains: a helicopter drops you at the summit, and then you ski down. It is forbidden in France but allowed in a few countries (Italy, Switzerland, Canada, Turkey, Russia, New-Zealand…)

Morzine-Avoriaz’s guides can accompany you, in the best heliskiing spots in Switzerland or in Italy, for just a day or for a trip a few days abroad. It is also possible to combine heliskiing and ski-touring. The helicopter can drop you and your guide in the heart of a mountain range so you can easily hike up to the top of a fantastic, hiden couloir or beautiful downhill run. Like this you can ski in a wild landscape with heavy freeride gear (fat skis, alpine skiing boots, ABS bag…)

If you are a freeride addict, love to feel the adrenaline or simply a good skier who wants to discover new horizons, no need to wait any longer, with Morzine’s guides come and discover heli-skiing.
